All our staff are chosen for their genuinely caring character, and they all take part in regular training courses.

The staff at the home are all dedicated to caring for all the residents whilst maintaing their privacy and dignity.

We want you to feel at home with us and we will help you to be independent as possible and maintain your interest and close links with friends and family.

The manager, Dawn Ellis has passed fit persons check, has RMA and has a registration with CSCI. She is very friendly and approachable and has been at the home for 5 years.

Haywood Oaks staff all have pova and crb checks.
